Where do you ship?
We currently ship to almost every country in the world.
How long will my order take to arrive?
It takes about 2-5 business days from when you order within Europe and 5-10 business days for the rest of the world. In Ireland and the United Kingdom we often have next day delivery, but unfortunately, we can’t guarantee this. If for some reason you’re having trouble receiving or finding your order, please call us at 00353 (0) 51 333 900 from 9am-5pm GMT. We’re here to help.
I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
Most packages shipped with our economy option are delivered by your local postal worker. We’ve found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbor. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it so we at Human+Kind can have peace of mind! If you haven’t located your order, just contact us at +353 (0) 51 333 900 from 9am-5pm GMT, and we’ll take care of you.
Payment questions
When do you charge my credit card?
We charge your card at the time we take your order, just as we start preparing it for shipment. If for some reason something happens during the process, we’ll reach out to you, and don’t worry — we’ll make it right.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. And we rarely turn down homemade cookies.
